I Just finished my one week trip to Greece! I'm missing home already but it has been so much fun! The weather was very good, little rain mainly in the 70's, t-shirts and shorts! I have to say the best part of my trip was visiting the Acropolis, i got the great privilege to tour the amazing historic site, including the Temple of Athena Nike. I also loved my hotel The its name is The Athens Gate Hotel, the coolest part of it was that it was that it was wright across the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and the Acropolis. My room had a beautiful View! If you ever find yourself in Greece I highly recommend you eat at Filistron. Delicious Greek food for a high price (but it is worth every last penny). Something that i found that is really cool about Greece is that a lot of English words have Latin roots in them. For example alt means high or deep and altitude has alt in it, anti means old and antique has anti in it, grat means pleasing and it is in congratulations-- I thought that was pretty cool! Ill keep you updated on the rest of my trip!
