Today we went for coffee with Slobidon, Helena and baby Lucas. They are mum's cousins. Lily was still feeling sick so just mum and I went.

Today we got in the car to drive to Zagreb. It was a long drive. We stopped at a nice little beach. Dad loves beaches but we only got to stay at the beach for half an hour. Mum didn't want to arrive too late in Zagreb. Lily was very sick we arrived at nine o'clock. We had Croatian soup for dinner. Lily was still sick.

Today we got on a boat to go to an island called Lokrum. We had a spider drink and I fed some of my sandwich to a peacock, he got very close. Then we went to a small watering hole. There were fish swimming around. We walked around the island it was very hot. We found a very nice beach. The water was very clear. We swam and used our goggles to look at the pretty fish. In our Apartment we overlooked a port. Every day we saw different boats - cruise liners. They came in in the morning and left at night. We changed accommodation today. To a very big resort just around the corner we told Vicki and Sam that we would be there at 12:00 but we got there at 3:00. This morning we went to the fish markets near where se are staying. we bought fresh fish and vegetables. The local people liked us especially when they discovered Mum could speak Croatian. A lady selling flowers gave Lily and I a pink carnation. Many people grow Carnations here. There were lots of cats at the market. In the afternoon we went to a beach called 'Copacabana'.
