The alarm went off at 5.30am - oach! It was a quick pack up and headed for central station where we met up with Lucy (from thailand) it was so nice to see her again and spend an amazing day together. The blue mountains were spectacular although i wasn't as impressed having seen the Grand Canyon. The three sisters were a great viewpoint though ( u can see them in the photo - three bits of rock just left of the cneter).

2 hours later and one crowded bus we reached the sight of palm beach - the beach they film home and away, it was so realistic but unfortunatly they weren't filming today , we did get a sneaky picture with some humourus lifeguards - allright!!

After an hour check-in i was informed my plane had been delayed for 24hours due to the thunderstorms you are having in london! Git a transfer onto a thai international plane though, and i welcomed the three aussies i got sat next to that informed me of everything i should do and see in sydney! Met Clare and alexa at the airport it was so nice to see them. They idn't recognise me said i'd become the traveller with my tan, platted hair and fisherman pants!! haha...

Arrived back in Bangkok after a cancelled flight, no signs of any coup thankfully, made it to our hotel unfortunalty not as impressive as the previous ones but very comfortable. Met up with Aaron, (one of the people from the trek to Chaing Mai), quick stop to the night market for a bit of shopping and a drink! Decided not to stop here long but to head across to Phi phi, we were relieved to find the island had no roads thus no tuk tuk's! however they had taxi boats they still tried to sell you. Stayed at long island beach very remote and romantic but with only two places to eat it was time to head back to main land phi phi tomorrow. Found the anadamen resort practically on the beach, basic but clean we stopped here for three nights, taking a boat trip to monkey island...
