Hi fols, sorry it's been so long since the last update but it's been a very busy few weeks. We finished our time in South America in Valparaiso, a costal town in Chile. Although the weather was more then a little rubbish we managed to take a trip up the very old 'ascensors' which are like trams climbing the steep hills up to the bohemian old town of Valparaiso. Here there were loads of boutique style shops and art galleries and there was arty graffiti adorning practically any flat surface!It was great. We then spent a day in Santiago and there was a real buzz in the centre as the last Sunday of May eveery year, all town attraction eg museums etc are free so there were lots of locals about and luckily the sun was out so we could just sit and soak up the atmosphere, it was lovely. We then booked our campervan for our time in New Zealand and made ourselves ready to leave South America. It has been amazing 4 months and we can'r quite believe that it is already over and as sad as we are to be leaving we are also incredibly excited about the next phase. Although we are bracing ourselves for the change in temperature~Love to all back home, H & R xxxxxxxx
