Evening Everyone - its weird when you all get up we are having our dinner ( sausage and mash with chocolate pudding for dessert )- we can do this as we have both lost weight! so need to gain some poundS, although i am liking my new found toned bum and legs.

UPDATE: Helen and Mark have not been out to a restaurant in over 2 weeks ....... I think that deserves a round of applause.

We left Melbourne on Friday Evening to go to Canberra (the capital for all those who havent heard of it before!), we arrived there at 4.00am after an 8 hour coach trip. stayed at YHA which cost us more than we would of liked to have spent but we got a family room for two nights( well 16 hours), it had 7 beds and its own private bathroom. Theres not much to do in Canberra, actually theres NOTHING to do in Canberra so we hired bikes out which was nice we were on them for 7 hours (my knees are still hurting) straight.

We literally only stayed there for one day and then went to sydney took us 4 hours to get here, and then about 30 mins to get to Judys house . We love it here, the house is perfect and they have a dog too called Ranger (he ate my ring last night) which is extra company hes so cute and cuddly. Today was the first time we ventured out into the city, we have been the ultimate slobs of 2011, but staying in rooms with 6 people especially proper keano travellers who spread their clothes and belongings as far as possible and who dont wash for days on end, i think we deserved a few days of rest and relaxation.

Saw the Sydney Opera house today, i dont know what i was expecting i obviuosly am a hard lady to please, its a nice building but they need to give it a good wash its almost yellow (maybe thats the colour its supposed to be and this trip has triggered my past O.C.D ways), i imagined it to be white and shiny. I do like Sydney though much nicer than Melbourne, they even have a Westfields!.

We are going to do the Sydney Harbour climb (in the pic), yes i know im afraid of heights but im sure il be fine, apparently it takes 3 and a half hours to do it, probably take me abit longer as i do tend to freeze when im scared.

Fingers crossed the weather gets better, its been rubbish so far not cold but not scorchio.

Highlight: Louis can say Helen . Wahoo.

ps. I opened my christmas present early from mum, and i have decided that my next adventure (which may be a little more difficult) is to get Lucky Charms back into the UK. Yes jessica Marsden dont get Jel that i have lucky charms.
