hello to everyone in england! its so so sunny and lovely over hear, although quite chilly at night! think were over our jet lag now just about! we cycled over the bridge and over the other side a bit, nearly 10 miles! got sore bums now though! went to alcatraz today which is really cool, and saw one of the ex prisoners! off to LA tomorrow to hit the beaches! hope everyones ok! xxxxx
