IT'S A SMALL WORLD AFTER ALL

Had a great bus trip from Vietnam to Cambodia. A couple that we met in India were in the seats behind us so we spent ages chatting to them and catching up on all the places we've each been.The trip took longer than it should have, mostly due to a ridiculous amount of b*****ing about with visas at the border crossings. Traveling through the Cambodian countryside was lovely. It's very pretty here and hotter than Vietnam - so basically VERY hot. We've been to see the Palace and walked along the riverfront whilst chatting to some Buddhist monks. We've also treated ourselves to dinner at a lovely restaurant called Friends. It's an amazing place where they train ex-street children to be cooks and waiters. We're really loving it here and looking forward to seeing Angkor.
