Hi guys!

how is everyone? were staying in a very beautiful place at the moment and if your a millionaire its definetly the place to be!! the houses and boats here are amazing! its meant to be a place where all the celebritys go (not sure if we've seen any of them yet as we dont no who any of them are!!). we spent our first week here in the YHA. its a very old building, quite nice and clean except the kitchen where no sod ever cleared up after themselves which was a pain and there were no plug sockets in our room so we had to charge our phones etc at reception! the walls were paper thin as well so it was really noisy at night! the good thing about the hostel was if you sat through the 15 min welcome meeting every night you got A free glass of wine! so we took full advantage of that!!

were sorting our cvs out and handing them in to just about every shop, restaurant and bar there is!! unfortunatley its the winter at the mo so no one is hiring! so we've come across our first prob in australia so far! we've been here for 3 months now so we've had it easy so far! the last week we havent done too much other then job hunt for a couple of hours each day, as we havent got job we dont really want to spend anything!! we went to a really cool market on sat which was fun! we had a slinky potato! really random but nice! we have taken a couple of walks through the national park, saw a couple of koalas! and in the first week we went surfing as the hostel had free board hire!

i made some shortbread biscuits the other day, which were amazing even if i do say so my self! lol very easy to make! and we have pretty much had spag bol every night for dinner for the last 2 weeks!!! but dont feel sorry for us because we cant get enough of it! lol its really tasty!

greg was meant to have an interview last friday with an insurance broker 2mins from where we are staying but it was resheduled for tues morning! so he'll be going for 'coffee' with the director tomorrow! so everyone cross your fingers! if nothing comes of it then we will probably have to move on and try and find work somewhere else! we have had a lot of decision making to do the last couple of weeks and looks like we'll be doing more over the next week or so!

i'll try and upload some photos soon, we havnt got many cos we havnt really done too much!
