Well now to catch up on what we have been doing the last 3 to 4 days ,
We left Eden on Day 75 the 26th April a very wet and over cast day and it did take us until 10am to decide weather to go or not but decided to take a chance and headed for Batemans Bay the drive was full of hills with winding roads but beautiful counrty side and the weather started clearing up about a hour in so a good trip Arriving at Batemans Bay Tourist park around 2pm a lovley park with water front beach just past one of the cabins that are right on the water front .So after setting up we spent the rest of that day and the day after looking around , A wonderful place with water ways every where you look ,little bays and beach front that end at the end of the main town only to have a river side system running down the side of town with coffie shops and places to eat or just sit and watch the water ,
We have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the sea front and Lakes on this trip and i know i have taken so many photos but i dont want to forget a thing it has been and still is a wonderful trip .
But some things that have gone wrong Well ,,,we had the window of our van sucked out by a passing truck , We got lost in the middle of Sydney and went around Parliament House with the caravan on( yep we were lost again) because of roads being closed , We have had 3 water leaks in the van ,still trying to work out where from ,We have lost 2 lights on the van in our travells , but at the end of the day we just laugh it off and look at the map to see where our next stop will be .
We have had mostly fine weather with around 10 wet days , a few cold days but not bad weather all up .
So we started our adventure on the 10th Feb travelling to Ballina ,Numbucca Heads ,Toowoon Bay,Canton Beach,to Shellharbour we then did our loop
From Shellharbour we did Canberra, Narrandera, Balranald, Mildura, Blanchtown, Barossa Valley, Adelaide, Brighton, Port Augusta,
Pork Wakefield, Meningie, Beachport, Portland, Perterborough,
Great Ocean Road, Werribee, Lake Entrance, Eden, Batemans Bay ,and we have arrived back here at ShellHarbour yesterday Day 78 ,the 28th April ,
So we will spend a week here as we are on the water front and love this place and will then continue on .
