Feet patched up we headed into the Blue Mountains for the day which is half the size of Wales.. stunning views of waterfalls, valleys and wildlife. Saw a snake and a funnel web spider.. the deadliest in the world I think. It was our last night on Ozintro and the group went for a farewell dinner at the top of City Tower in a revolving restaurant with amazing views over the city.. costing $70 a pop but we got ours for free!! Went to Bondi beach on Friday and sunbathed.. very cool beach and very hot too. Coastal walk with amazing views was superb. Followed up with a BBQ and beach volleyball. Saturday was the whole Ozintro crowd bar crawling in fancy dress and our group won hands down.. Ozintro started off with a bang on Tuesday with a powerboat ride round the harbour.. huge amount of fun and got absolutely soaked. Followed up by a tour round the city.. Landed in Sydney at 7am yesterday after another 10hour flight from Seoul. Was collected by someone from Ozintro and taken to the Surfside hostel in Coogee Bay (15mins drive from the main part of the city) where I threw my bag into the room and headed out straight away. 12 in a room with bags thrown everywhere is not my style but gotta suck it up! At a snowy Seoul airport awaiting my connecting flight to Sydney. Was late boarding my flight from Heathrow and even got a call out!!! So had to leg it to the gate.. anyway I made it. Great flight over on Korean Airways.. Avatar, Toy Story, The Other Guys and Friends kept me occupied on the 10hour flight... and meals served with stainless steel cutlery!! Proper posh.. but the nosh was average. Last leg of the journey now.. next stop Sydney!! x
