...now give me that view of beach/sea/moon anytime. Fantastic. Its going to be hard to gee yourselves up again for more travelling after this! You won't be able to carry your rucksacks with all those beer calories. Lets have the next instalment of travel! Take good care Gem and Graham, love MomsXXXXX

Hello you two,
Gem it looks remarkably like you are turning into a hipee / Real traveller during this time while youve been away. I bet you come home with dreads! That jeep looks like the one we hired the first time I was there. Probably the same one, and that was a shed too!!
Have you been to the full moon party on Kho phagnan yet? if not watch out!!
Will you please let me in on where you are heading next, less of the teasing!
Every single blog you have sent seems to mention the small issue of BEER! Funny that. Any pot bellies yet??
Love your Bruv x

Howdy guys - are you STILL travelling? Can't believe it! We have been home for nearly a week now and it is great to be back. The weather is ace and the beach is lovely. Cambodia sounded absolutely fantastic and we are keen to get there next now. The beach in Thailand sounds awesome as well - the only problem with the beaches over here is the lack of services and facilities - ie massage, food and beers on tap! Ha ha! We have posted some snaps from the trip -
You guys feature in a number of them! Take it easy and enjoy the sunshine.

Hey Guys,
Still looks like your having a fab time, bit of luck mum didnt know you were planning the bike trip. Im just wondering what you are doing whilst im sitting here at work.............?!
Well Graham will be pleased to here the mighty Luton Town held Liverpool to a 1-1 draw at Kenilworth Road in the F.A Cup. I am not a happy bunny let me tell you, and we had our 1st team out.
The game that me and Anna saw at Christmas was good although anna was more interested in the result being the same as on our betting slip so she was cheering on the wrong team for quite a while.
Anyway best get on with some work. NOT!!!!!
See you soon

Happy New Year !!!
Thanks for calls and messages. Great to see you having such a good time easy riding. Sounds like you are finding the real Vietnam and causing a stir on the way. I wouldn't mind the pig, but NY's diet may dictate he ends up as bacon sandwiches. Back to that nasty four letter word "work" tomorrow. Will email and send some holiday pics soon.
Lots of love Dad and Heather

Managed to wrestle the keyboard from moms.....
Happy new year to you both! Look forward to talking when you can. (Had a bit of a charger phone interface moment with moms phone.....)
Cant believe how much you have fitted in during our week off line.......wow. Sounds such an off the beaten track adventure. And on bikes. (it wold be worth mentioning for any worried folks that the bikes are *not* high powered race machines and would be really safe for travelling ... so you where not irresponsible at all!) Would love to do the trip too - good way of getting to see the country - and you can take in so much more of the smells and feels on a bike.
We are now looking for a panda strolling down stonty high street - because theese strange sights happen!!
big hugs

Happy New Year Gem and Graham! Oh my goodness, I'm glad I didn't know you were intending going on the back of motorbikes! So fantastic to get right off the beaten track - Chris will be very envious...I shall be passing over the laptop in a moment so he can read your latest blog. Take good care. Love and hugs for a fantastic 2008 (I know it will be) MomsXXXXXXXX

Hey guys - have just read your easyrider account and it sounds like you had the best time. We loved our day trip around Dalat and had to work hard not to go on the long tour ("but I really WANT to ride a mountain bike down to Mui Ne!" - something our lovely guide just didn't get... "But you could do it on a motorbike and it would be sooo much easier!"). It was very tempting though as it sounded an excellent trip! The bike ride down the hill was great fun and we are on the coast now where it is hot and windy!
Hope you have a brilliant start to 2008 and that your bodies coped with the 1st day of the year after NY Eve! We certainly thought of yuou when we woke in the morning slightly hungover! Great to share it with you. - thanks for a fun night. Take care and we look forward to reading more of your adventures soon!
