Hi. Edwina popped in for a chat yesterday, and a nose at the building work! She also asked about you. She suggested nif you were outm in India much longer, you sholud contact the health org. etc out there to offer your services ( paid or voluntary) as it would look better than " been working getting a bar/restaurant ready" on your CV. All well here, sunny day today.Off to xmas lunch with my sisters in Hurrens, the food is good. xx
Mum
The board games were all the usual - snakes an ladders, scrabble, trivial pursuit etc. TYhe pub was cool because it had quirky bits of decor/knicky knackies, which were all over, but you had to look as they were not in your faceStairs finished tomorrow we hope and the bathroom oin Thursday. carpets come next week.
Hope all is well in Utopia. Have you contacted ferret lady?
Bron
Hey all,
No Stace, we'll be back! I don't think we'll want to be here for the monsoon when you're basically stuck in the house as it's too rainy to go out. I'll be back before Xmas to get a start in nursing and Mr M will be back after the peak season when the staff are trained to get through the last month without him. We haven't got enough Visa to stay forever and I don't want to see the inside of an Indian prison!!!
Yep Mum, lost out on the plane tickets, but charter flights are starting up so there's a lot of flights to get home on, and plus we're paying in rupees this time so it'll be cheaper.
Tell me more about the cool pub, what board games did it have, were people playing them? We're having games for the Utopia, get people playing a game and they stay longer & buy more drinks!

Hi there.Jusst been looking through your website Bron and the additional websites you sent . I can now visualise the bar (currently painted blue with painted fish etc) it looks like full steam ahead.
Did you forfeit your arline ticket Bron?
Been quite cold the last 2 evenings. Parrot seems to be settling ok. Quite amusing. Went to a fab pub with Beth which had papers magazines various board games to play, it was cool.
Upstairs coming on a pace, thinking of putting carpet down up there to make life a bit easier. Take care both . mum xx

Painting tomorrow, deliveries the following day, 1 day dry run for important guest and then open to the general public. Come on Goa lets be having you.......
As Nina Simone once sang... " and I'm feeling good" ( hope I got the right artist)
