I have been thoroughly baking myself for the last week in the scorching resort of Palolem in Goa with Helen who is out for a holiday. We have been hitting the sunbeds hard every day and definitely living the high life with all we can eat and drink (think cocktails on the sand, fresh fruit on the beach and sooo much scrummy curry).

We have been on a trip out to see the dolphins off the coast here and today had a very interesting sunset cruise which involved us nearly having to swim back to shore....more on that when i get home! I have even bravd having my eyebrows threaded (im definitely now a convert!) but will be pleased to escape from all the hippies here and back to the world of topshop very soon....
