Valparaiso is a seaside town built into the cliffs. There is a large Naval base here and the area is known for being a very artistic place.. and it really is. The Buildings have all pictures painted on them and sections of pavement. And the are is great.. really good quality. Now there is nowt to do in Uyuni except organise a salt flat tour, we spent just one night here before our tour left the next morning, and the honest to god highlight was the all you can eat breakfast at the minute man, pancake heaven (no english muffins tho - gutted).
