We've already spent our first night in Malaysia's capital and its pretty hectic to say the least and very fast! We left Melaka saturday morning after meeting an Australian dude called Robbie from Perth. Hello there...So after a bit of a performance getting through customs and passport control at Christchurch, and after a 2 hour wait they let us in the country and out of the terminal! Hooray!! We spent our first 2 nights at Base Backpackers in a 6 bed dorm whilst seeing some sights, and getting used to the colder New Zealand weather, god it's like being back home!! There wasn't a great deal to do in Christchurch itself so we spent a few days doing tourist...

Moved on to the next destination, singapore, arrived safely after a 3 hour flight. We landed 5pm last night, it is very humid, 32 degrees, but as we landed at dusk no sunshine as of yet!!!! Had another intersting stay in a Youth Lodge way out in the sticks of Singapore, in dorms....although we didnt realise they were single sex dorms and were separated for the night, and had to share with other people. Gem shared with an English girl who seemed nice but was awake...

Just an update from the last few days, we've arrived in Mong Kok today to our final hotel for Hong Kong, it's a bit flash especially compared to the place we stayed in last night.
