In the last journal we said that Penang wasnt the most enjoyable place we have visited so far, but we kind of take that back now as we've had a really good day today and yeasterday afternoon. Arived in Perhentian, on the smaller of the 2 islands (Kecil) last monday by speed boat which took half hour from the mainland, it was bloody quick and very windy (as u can tell by chris' face in the photo!). So we've arrived in Cherating an hour north up the east coast by local bus which is an interesting experience to say the least!
