I'm off to Corfu on friday I can't wait! Not sure if ou've heard about all the flooding we had here, but I walked 9 miles home from work on the worst day. Parts of the water were waist high - Nice! Not something you're having to worry about over there!!

Been out on a couple of dates since you've been away, but not setting the pulse racing unfortunately!!

Hi John,

Apologies for my silence, I've just been in Ireland for a week with Luke. We stayed with Kev and Michelle and their (now 2) girls. Sheena is now 7 weeks and is a dote. Emily is nearly 3 and is a real monkey! It spilled rain all week and now I'm back in Jersey, it's ALSO spilling rain! We went to see Shrek III today. Luke loved it as usual and it is very good. I'm sure I'll have it on DVD by the time you come here. Sounds like Rio is well worth a trip but you're missing Big Brother which is really addictive this year - you'd love the chicks on it!!

No more news really. I'm back to work on 2 July so am REALLY going to take it easy this week and be completed rested by the time I go back. Luke also has his induction in school that week too which should be interesting. AJ and clan are coming over to see us soon too so looking forward to that.

You might want to start putting some pressure on your mother as she hasn't booked any flights yet for you lot to come over!!

Hope you are well and having a ball, it looks like you are. Your views are tremendous whereas currently i am overlooking the Manchester Ship Canal as a trolley with three wheels floats by! The only water fall i can see is where someone is emptying a bucket of water into the canal after cleaning their car! Oh joy!

Daniel sends you a big kiss but you have to watch out now because if you don't may attention, he might take a bite out of you - his new hobby is biting other children although always is most upset afterwards probably because he has been caught.

Sounds like you're still having fun, it is hard to believe your first month is over and what's even harder to believe is that it means that MY first month of not working is over too!! All well here. Sean is finally over his Paris injuries and back training with the footballers. They are even starting a Touch Rugby team too so that should keep him busy but injury free as it's non-contact! Luke is well and mad about his bike at the moment so every day I'm off with him, we have to cycle out to St Aubins and back (6 miles!!). We do stop for a milkshake half way though! Our biggest excitement at the moment is that we just bought a 46" tv - it's huge!! Can't wait for you all to come visiting and we'll have a cinema night as long as you and Olivia can agree about which film we're watching! I have been running quite a bit and have now officially entered into the Jersey Marathon which takes place in October so I'm looking forward to that. I'm also off to Southampton with the girls next weekend for our annual shopping trip and I'm REALLY looking forward to that! Nothing more to report. Glad to hear that you're still having a good time - make the most of it, I know I would so just do everything that I WOULD do!!

hi, John, looks like you are having a great time. The waterfalls look brill, glad you got back in one piece and didn't lose anything or had anything stolen, only you could lose a trainer! All good here, Joe has another few days off but isgetting a bit bored now its hard to keep him entertained all the time. The sun finally came out in Sheffield, so will probably be at the park (my second home!) alot. Dad good very busy finishing off the last bits on the job, not home this week. Olivia taking up residence at Mel's house hardly seen her (you know what's she's like) AS birthday Thurs so went for lunch which was nice. Hope you enjoy Uraguay!!!
