well, as matt refers to me as a softy...i have headed back to traveling with him and am in Istanbul at the moment.

We might be somewhere near Jordan around the start of June...i know it is a bit far away yet...but at least keep us updated with where you are and i'll do the same and if there is any chance...we might be able to meet up a few days. we are seeing about Iranian VISAs as matt can't stop raving about it constantly...i want to see what all the fuss is about. Then syria, jordan, israel, and egypt. Georgia if Iran doesn't pan out.

Hope u are having fun.... u will like turkey....the food is good. Accom in Istanbul is a bit $$$ though

Hope your eye is getting better Giz. Had a big chuckle reading your story - good on you for sticking it to the guys on the train...you go girl. Also had lots of laughs reading Felicity's blog to you .... her language really has some "kilobility" to it .... it makes me lol!!! The photos of The Great Wall are - well - great! Did you bump into Olivia Newton John on your travels?? Apparently she is doing some fundraiser/awareness campaign and walking the wall at the moment to .... say G'day if you see her. Thought I saw Lana her in Brissie the other day but it was her heavily pregnant sister (Mel) I think. Gosh they look the same. Hi Lana!! Hope the 3 man bed was good fun and good value for all!!!

Not much doing here in Bris Vegas. Bos got man of the match at soccer last week. He played goalie for a half and stopped all the goals that came near him. Final score was nil all ..... so in our eyes we won!! He got a trophy to keep for a week - will post a photo for you on my facebook. Have you had any trouble getting internet access in Honky chonk land? Mum and Dad set off on their journey on Monday. They seemed very excited. Hope they enjoy Vietnam. I have been working quite a bit the last few weeks and Tara and Mum & Dad have been helping out with the kids. The kids love it...and I like the cash.

Stay away from that dodgy food ..... cockroach kebabs and the like! Enjoy Anzac Day - if you do anything. If the kids are up early enough we may venture out to the local yawn service ... oh I mean dawn service.
