Have eventually arrived in Adelaide, the last three days of the trip were mainly spent on the road with a few walks inbetween. When we say walks we do mean looooooooooooonnnnnnnnnggggggggggg walks. We visited the breath-taking Flinders Ranges and spent one night in a town called Parachilna. This town only has a total of five occupants, its very small with only three houses, one pub/shop and one backpackers. We watched the sun rise over the Flinders Ranges. We also waited patiently to see the worlds longest train (2.5 KM) to pass through but it failed to show up!
After a quick visit to a local winery we then arrived in Adelaide and back to civilization! Our first stop was the bar and then the karaoke (oh dear!!). Of course we have been greeted by yet more rain and found ourselves in the only room in the hostel with a leaking roof.
lots of love from Anna and Claire xxxxxxxx
