p.s. i sincerely hope that i have not put you off putting 'blog posts' on your blog....because i keep checking your spelling.....aaahhh, didn't mean to 'put you off!!!
keep writing the blogs check the spelling (if you can!) and lets us know how things are going....if you give up writing your skills become rusty...
an example being your very intelligent and clever dad tried to put a review on the blog for the roger daltrey concert that we saw at the albert hall....i told you about the journey and the concert on my last message!
well anywho he read me the review that he (your dad) had written...it was awful.....and 'naff'....i think his spelling was o.k. but the contents of his comments was 'rubbish'
what i am driving at is that you are writing some fantastic stuff....but just check the spelling....if you see my meaning and i hope i
1. have not put you off writing.....
2. upset you about the spellings!!!
(because you get loads of really difficult words correct)
...i'll STOP NOW

hi gins,
have just spent a really enchanted 15 minutes looking through your fabulous (and well photographed) pictures.
i'm loving the animals.....koalas, possums are soooooo cute!
meerkats....hhhmm interesting...and as always alert!
i liked the 'shots' of the tigers, bears, the orb spider is 'chilling'!
melbourne museum is relly interesting....the car is most unusual and i think the artist known as 'Toots' is very novel and quite a chuckle to show felicity.
i also think that the black and white photo of you is amazing....very attractive and intrigued as to how you managed to achieve the effect!
i am almost sure that the large grimacing 'mouth' that is the entrance that you are standing in, (not sure what it is the entrance to), was filmed in a batman movie......with the 'joker'!! (could have been when that 'unfortunate' actor River Phoenix played the joker?....i read somewhere the the 'poor soul' died of a drug overdose in Johnny Depps nightclub.....)
anywho movie history over....the port macquarie/nobby's beach shots...are great (but is it warm?)
you look very cheerful and i am sure that you are enjoying yourself.....take care my precious babes and speak with dad soon......
love you loads and loads and loads!

hi gins,
apologies for no putting a message onto this blog.........
dad and me all right, and flick doing well
take care and we will speak very soon...on the phone......
my work is a little better now and i do have some days of teaching......
have a chest infection at the moment but it is getting better......
dad and i went to london yesterday to see roger daltry (of THE WHO) it was a charity concert to raise money for young people with cancer, in the Albert Hall.....it was very good but a considerable hike to get into central london and wimbledon station car park was full, also had work-men at the entrance and we got trapped in when we were looking for a space to park, (which as i said there were not any!).....we just about got out......
we then spent ages trying to find somewhere to park, everywhere in side streets and roads is now permit holders....we finally stopped and left the car a little way out from Streathem Hill Rail Station..........walked a massive hike to the train station and got into Victoria station, then looked around knightsbridge and onto the albert hall....
the concert was good!!

hi poppet,
the job looks lively...careful with the alcohol consumption babbes...
just remember....you have much less control over a situation than when you are clear-headed..
some of the characters in the bar look a 'tough lot'...just be mindful for your and Ed's safety....
perhaps you can find a different job...to distance yourself from the temptations of the bar!
spelling lesson
traveled (travelled, it has 2 'l's' when you change the present tense, travel...
thirst is with an 'i' not a 'u'
spelling lesson over....

p.p.s. apologies for my errors in t' previous!
should read 'went' and 'just'...your photos are fantastic and very tempting (however, at the present moment in time finance dictates that we are not able to visit N.Z. and I would need some time to adjust my mind to travelling such a distance!)

Hi Poppet,
Just a quick few lines..Dad and me when to Bournemouth yesterday to drop off Felicity's bike to her. Your car is fine and she has an off the road parking (on the drive of the house...there is no front garden jusy about 3-4 metres of concreted front, if you see what I mean!). We went around the shops and had some tea and cakes in a small resturant. I think Flick likes it there, but give her a call and she can explain. Whatever, she is only there for a year anyways!
I have only one days work this week, but the agency did phone last week (Thursday).....but I had gone for an early morning swim! In some ways I was relieved!
The U.K. economy is in quite alot of 'distress' at the moment, it is fortunate that you are in New Zealand and Ozz, for the present time at least!
Love Mum
p.s. buried has only one 'r' (check your spelling, if only as a practise in getting it 'right')!
Mum
Hi Little Person,
We are all doing well here, Flick is very busy and Dad working hard.
I have found another, nearer, writer's group who meet in Wallington Hall...so just a quick walk and I am there. This group also meet at the Golden Lion in the High St. and at Rosie's Wine Bar in Southsea...
I feel more able now to have a go at writing well and attempting more, if you see what I mean.
I felt rather 'stiffled' at Writer's Group in Lovedean..
My teaching has not picked up just jet, however, there are redundancies and people losing their jobs all the time now. The recession is beginning to 'bite'
However, as I said Dad looks to be o.k. for some time, thank-goodness!
Not much more to put down, I shall try and send a text at some time.
Lots of Love

Hi Giins,
Great blog! Looks like you've been busy around Hamilton. Love the pics. the Hamilton Gardens look just the place that mum and I would love to spend a day going around - lots of different themes. The Japanese and Chinese gardens look beautiful, and what garden would be complete without an American Modern theme, complete with a Marilyn Monroe pic. I particularly like the familiar objects in unusual settings, like the washed dishes in the stream. Very original.
I liked the photo of you in your caving outfit, I bet that was quite an adventure, especially the glow worms. I bet it did look like the cosmos. Can you do more pics with you in them?
As you said in your call recently, I expect that you have done Hamilton now, and its time to move on. More adventures are waiting for you round the corner!
Keep safe.
Dad

Hi Poppet,
I do apologies for not getting back sooner....Dad 'trusts' me enough and feels it is 'safe enough' for me to send a message, he feels more at ease because he did feel this can be read by 'many'.
Your photos are very interesting and show how much the new Zealanders admire the Arts/Sculpture. some of the example are very engaging, I am particularly drawn to the Car (what was sticking out of it?) and the Red Idol were very dramatic!
I can see that you worked very hard on the 'project' that first took you out to N.Z. .....well done and the young people in your photos look.......well nice! If you see my meaning. I am so glad that you are now moving on to 'different' venue and as you know your Dad has sorted things this end. We are all doing fine here, but although missing you we are just concerned that you keep safe, well and healthy, but most of all enjoy!
