HCMC - Wednesday 2nd

After the orderly, charm and causal efficiency of Hong Kong, we took the flight back to Ho Chi Min City where yet again the taxi driver tried to rip us off by not using his meter.This time after a short argument we told him to stop and we got out of the taxi and luckily straight in to another one.It took us over an hour to get to the hotel as the traffic was so heavy and the taxi driver didn't even get out of 1st gear.Back in stress city and the Christmas lights look great and all wasn't lost when we got upgraded to a suite to overlook the park and enjoy the Christmas lights all the more.

PhuQuocIsland - Thursday 3-10th

We took our little propeller plane to the Island and had the usual hassles with the hotel receptionists.After changing rooms three times we eventually settled in to our week of sun, sea, sand, sun-downers and a few z..z..z's. After all the travelling, we felt that we needed some time to relax and chill for a while.
