It's Wednesday and we're up around 9 in the morning, get showered etc, today we're going to jump on another ferry and head on over to Cheung Chau Island. We head to the Escalator and walk down through Mid-Levels to Central, we enjoyed this as was like a little walk back in time for us. Eventually we get to the ferry terminal and the fast ferry is about to leave - so we jump on this one and Jayne asks if there's a ferry back with an outdoor deck, yes is the reply...

So, it's Tuesday and a day of change, Jayne Grant & myself are moving out of The Dorsett Hotel, Clive & Gail will be flying to New Zealand to stay with Cousin Alf. Lloyd, Spencer & Owen will be also be flying, but going back to Blighty. So, we're up relatively early and we try to get our act together, taxis are sorted and we're on our way to the Outlying Islands Ferry Terminals. Once we get there I cant rememeber which ferry to go on, thankfully Jayne has retained more brain cells than me and says it's the Mui Wo terminal, so it's another 5 minute walk down to the right ferry terminal. Up'n' Atom....and not too late either, that's because we'd had a pact that everyone was tucked up in bed by 01.30am last night and amazingly enough we had all managed to keep to it. Everyone had slept well with help from our old friend Mr. Booze, so now we had convened to head out for breakfast. After an uneventful flight (which are in my opinion, the best ones) we landed in Hong Kong around 5.30 pm. Chek Lap Kok Airport is huge and you realise this when you board a train that takes you to Immigration & Customs. It takes about 20 minutes in all, from the plane to baggage carousel.
