We made it to Turkey!!

After some pretty tiring mountain climbing in Bulgaria we whizzed through Greece and into Turkey, slightly earlier than we had planned.

The south of Bulgaria was a lot friendlier than the north and everyone seemed to want to gıve us thıngs (mainly fruıt). On one day we were gıven: 8 giant peaches (the woman selected us the least rotten looking ones from her bucket), 6 fıgs, 3 tomatoes, a bunch of grapes, a handful of unripe fruit (not sure what they were), 2 sweets and a bottle of water. It was a good day for our fİbre intake!

At this rate we might be fınishing on Wednesday as it's only about 280km, but we´ve got to find maps which is proving to be a wee bit tricky in this crazy town. We've had a taster of Turkish driving - scary. Hopefully we'll make it there in one piece.
