I learnt a valuable lesson on the way to the resort from the airport and when first arrving here at Sunrise. It was something that I should know but forgot in geographical translation. Firstly, when someone picks you up from the airport and says "Hi.....Mr. and Mrs. Oakey" this does not mean they have an Oxford language command of the English language. What is does mean is that is probably the exent of their English knowledge. So, Noel, shut up and stop making the drver struggle with questions that he has no idea about let alone understnd.
Secondly, don't arrive at a place of heavenly relaxation and start talking to the beautiful girl who greets you about what you can do outside the resort, when after a quick look around.... you see that everythimng you need is here and if it isn't they will get it for you or take you to it.
Helen has been slain by the dreaded migraine and so today has been "amuse myself day." Such a pity..... we got to breakfast and then Helen was down for the count. She has slept most of the day. We are due for a massage at 4.30 but Helen has returned to sleep again. I, too, was a little bit snoozy, but managed a wander around the resort, some time in the gym, on some equipment I only thought astronauts used, and ploughed my way further through the final book of the "Hunger Games"
We are looking at couple of excusrios out from the resort to an ancient capital site, similar to an Anghor Wat, some cycling and a trek around old Hoi An.
I'll try and put some more phoos in now. Temperature is a muggy 30+ and there is a fair bit of pollution, even this far south of Da Nang.
