Hi mum, thanks for the message. Glad the parcel got there! We are off to the south of laos tonight. Going via a sleeper bus tonight at 8.30pm, arriving 6.30am. Just been chatting to Alison via web cam. (It's so nice to be able to see one of my children! ) As you know I miss you both so much! Ella had just got up when Alison rang so I saw a sleepy Ella with monkey and bear!

Had a great time in the States-they were all well and Ella gorgeous, comical and very bright. Miss her so much as we do everyone but Ella more than anyone.

Got to visit the Alamo (a boyhood dream of mine -probably watched to many Western Movies as a kid). Thought of going to Alcatraz (another boyhood dream- watched to many gangster films!) to beat you too it! (matbe I will). The pics are good it looks that you are having a good adventure. We are almost sorted to go and see the Garzas-saw and spoke to them via web cam last night. Ella is gorgeous and Aison has a "belly"! Don't know what to add about Dean!

Nana had her 1st injection into knne yesterday-hope she'll get some relief as she has been in agony. She bought a lovely walking stick-very trendy -red with small flowers! She really needed one and it definately helps her get around.

Sue did the race for life on Sat and enjoyed it. Lowri walked the whole distance too and Aled did half - just to show support. They were given medals - Lowri said it was her first medal ever and was chuffed. They are growing up and are lovely.
