Doesn't time fly when you are having fun; the last 3 months of my life have just disappeared. I am sorry that I have not updated my journals for a while, just been mad busy living!!!! I have tried to sum up everything that has been happening, so hope that you can get an idea of what I have been up to. So here goes! ....................................................Met some amazing people, said many a tearful goodbye to some amazing people, met some strange people, been on many a night out, worked a lot, watched a huge amount of films, read many books, threw a surprise birthday party for Ellen (with birthday cake and everything), taken so many pictures its unreal, helped to bail the hostel out during a flood - it was ankle deep on the ground floor, looked after some really cute kids, lost the local pub quiz (Barry wasn't there to give me the answers), had my phone stolen, had argument with a German, got my phone returned (due to the argument with the German - long story email if you want more info), gone to a rave in a warehouse, partied till 11 am the next day, seen so many drug addicts, seen loads of prostitutes, been artistic on beaches, got lost, put 4000 songs on my ipod, learnt some new card games, shopped, sun bathed on my balcony, fed the birds, been sightseeing, played wheelbarrow races in common room, danced in the rain, whale watched, drove a boat, laughed loads, learnt some German, fell in love with the most amazing German guy (Neo), but most of all I have smiled!!!!!!!! Sydney will stay with me forever the people, the city - it's just all sooooo amazing!!!! However I will be back so not going to get too upset about it all. Looking forward to New Zealand, seeing new places and meeting more interesting people along the way. Will be there for 4 weeks and return to Sydney, and the V Backpackers, on the 14th October. Not sure what is going to happen after that - think I might work for a bit and then head off to see some of Australia - Melbourne, Perth etc....... but who knows, that might all change. It is still raining here, the most amount of rain to fall in Sydney since 1982 or something!!! So not feeling too home sick at the minute, but by the time I get back it will be well onto spring and the warmer weather, which will be great. Anyway going to go as still working, and then I have to go and pack my stuff up, its going to be strange putting on that backpack again, it been under my bed for the last 3 months!!!!! I know that all my stuff is not going to fit in so might have to buy a bigger bag!!!! Not good! Hope that all are well and happy - Speak to you soon Love loads Me and Monkey
