Well... I'm finally sitting down to jot down some words and I have no idea what to write... I think the pictures will have to speak for themselves.
The lead up to Beltane Fire Festival (marking the beginning of summer... check out the gallery at www.beltane.org for gorgeous pics and if you want to know what it's about!) kept me busy and creative. I was part of 'No Point' which in the end involved dancing about with colourful banners and lanterns - entertaining spectators while the procession was underway.
I've not been partying nearly as much as I did last time I lived here.. In fact I've been having a lot of quiet time. And working 9-5 in a bank!! I'll add this to my ever-increasing list of interesting life experiences. My title is 'Banking Officer, Mortgages Customer Services'. I write lots of letters to people about their mortgages. I think that's why I can't handle sitting on the computer - I do it way too often.
Knockengorroch festival was as lovely as ever. Some great music, beautiful company and a mixture of rain, mud and finally sunshine.
I've lived in two flats so far (see pics of Leven terrace and Home street)... a mix of gorgeous flatmates and lots of activity. When I get back from Spain in July I'm moving into Castle terrace to a gorgeous quiet spacious flat with two amazing friends who I can't wait to live with!
Over summer (if it ever arrives) I'm working for Adam on his jewellery stall... SO... Let me know if you need explanations for any of the pics!
