Sherrry Interesting. It is sad but very true how the politicians manipulate people and regulations to get what they want. How wonder if a true leader will gain the PM seat and help PNG to be thrive? Nevertheless, yes we should pray because God can save my country.

Rashell It was great to hear from you and to be able to read something of what you have been doing. What an amazing experience! I do hope we will have the opportunity to meet up when you are back. not moving until 3rd September. Dissertation deadline on 4th, school starts on 5th. Talk about cutting it fine! Kevin Lock I taught in PNG for some 10 years spanning two periods from the early 1960s and later, up to and after independence in '75. I am saddened that the peaceful, well organised administration of the past is no more and corruption and violence is rife. I have often thought of revisiting PNG, however it is too expensive and dangerous. I had a young VSO fellow as a staff member in the 1970s. I wish you well.
