Greetings from the windy city! (although not so windy today). We took the opportunity to check out the Shedd Aquarium and were given a behind the scenes tour. Although we have another favorite aquarium in mind, the Shedd Aquarium was pretty darn spectacular. The lady at the info desk told us it would take about 2 hours to see the aquarium. Four hours later, our empty bellies forced us to quit. Did you know that they have a lungfish that has been at the aquarium since 1933, when it opened? We rounded out the evening with dinner at one of Chicago's finest deep dish pizza places and enjoyed a nighttime light show at the Buckingham Fountain.
