hi everybody, just a quick blog to say that i am off to laos tomorrow, nd am about to put ome more phtotos of my diving and jungle trek with mossman on the site.

the jungle trek was incredible, and i really enjoyed the cloudy forests.

we hiked about two hours a day, and then styed in hill tribe villages at night, which was awsome, as they gave us massages and seriously good food !

we also on the last day dabbled in some white water rafting and some bamboo rafting, which was good but i have to say not as good as the rafting inb oz which was better and longer!

i cant wait for a change of scenery, itl be nice to hit a different country and to get some different places visited, with what is now usually a group of eight of us!

all is well, despite rain, and the treks were slippy, muddy, and mossman fell over a tree trunk which was always fun, as well as the swimmin in large waterfalls which can be seen in the photos,

enjoy, love you all, and cant wait to be home again soon!
