Well this is it blog, our very last morning in San Francisco and indeed the good old US of A, this holiday. When we got up we decided to use the pool and whirlpool which was located in tower 3 on the 16th floor. The pool was lovely and warm and we spent a while in there before heading to the whirlpool - we couldn't fathom out how to use it, however a man put it on for us - apparently the button was over near the exit! Got up and went off to have breakfast. Discovered Westfield shopping centre with a whole floor with cafes and other places to eat - went to Bistro Burger. Afterwards went into Bloomingdales - never been before so just wanted to have a look - did stock up on some foundation in Clinique as is around 30% cheaper than in UK. Woke up and we had arrived in Long Beach, California - YAY!!!! Loved some of the cruise but 5 days at sea is soooooo long! Glad to have our feet back on the ground - literally! Had a quick breakfast on the ship and then disembarked. Gaz phoned the car company and they arrived within a few minutes with a lovely sedan to take us to LAX. We woke to a very grey dreary and rocky morning. Went for brunch in the restaurant today, the ship was certainly rocking well and we could see the swell of the sea.
