TUESDAY 20TH - FRIDAY 23RD MARCH 2007

headed back to the luxury of the Ellison's apartment then went shopping for a new camera as the zoom broke on mine - TYPICAL! went to merdeka square one day and watched a rehearsal of a police procession to commemorate the 200yr anniversary of the Malaysian police. Also went to Masjid Jamek (mosque) which was nice but not as nice as the one in Penang. Then walked to Masjid Negara - 1of SE Asia's largest mosques - couldnt go inside but it didnt look that spectacular from the out. Walked to Little India which had masses of food but the atmosphere wasn't as good as the Little India in Penang. Went back to chinatown too & did the mighty tourist attraction - the petronas (twin) towers which had r.good views of KL especially the park. Linda and Steve treated us to a Brazilian meal which was superb - as much meat as one could eat which as u can imagine is a lot with Gareth! Really was lush & even i managed to get my fair share - feeling extremely full afterwards though - beaut!
