Had an interview with Torque Recruitment at 10am so cycled there and back which totaled 24 miles.. interview went ok, but the lassy basically said there aint much construction related work going at the moment... But i knew that! Oh well see if anything comes of it. Tonight i had my first fitba training since sept last year, felt surprisingly good considering my cycle earlier. Maybe the marathon training has done some good after all! Been invited to play 5th dev...

Visited freemantle prison in the afternoon, did the tunnel tour which, as the name suggests looks at the tunnels beneath the prison. Took around 2hrs. 5/5!

Went for my first run (jog) around my accomodation. 4.6 miles in 42mins. Not too bad for going on the piss all weekend! Away into city to meet me pal Guy for some sushi!
