Great to read your first-time skiing and bungy jump story!!
I could imagine how alarmed Ronnie was when she heard about the jump it.

Hi Gareth,just heard from your Mum that you have been jumping outof cable cars in NZ.We have just returned to South Africa after visiting UK and Ireland.We could not see your Mum and Chris this time.Seems like you are having the trip of a life time.Next time you will have to include a visit to SA and stay with us.

Your Blog is FANTASTIC im just sorry your having such a s*** time!

When I was last in Queensland there was a FAB chainn of Bars called the BIRDWATCHERS situated at every junction off the Beach with Amphitheatre style seating facing out to the Road so you could drink a Stubby whilst Perving all the Birds as they went to and came from the Beach? Did you sample any such delights?
