After the late night at Universal Studios, everyone wanted a lay in, oh everyone except Bex. She was up at the crack of dawn again. Told to stay in her bed and be quite until the rest of us wants to get up.! I'm pretty sure she sneaked out and got coffee!
We had a nice relaxed easy morning hanging around the pool. We all had a bit of a laugh about last night. The pool was freezing, it was so cold. Everyone fancied a nice Chinese lunch, I found a place on trip advisor and it was only around the corner. We got a little hassled by the people on Hollywood Blvd. People either tried to sell us CD's or push their religious believes on us. One guy was talking to us about "what's happens to England" and that he liked Margaret Thatcher - he was talking he biggest load of crap. We walked on.
The Chinese was really nice, and I think everyone enjoyed their food. We walked back along Hollywood, looking in the shops.
Because Abi was so up set yesterday we had decided to do Madam Tussaud's wax work museum. I think we all really wanted to do it anyway! We went back to the hotel room and got a little dress up. To have a night on the town. I actually really enjoyed MT, I have been to the London on before and didn't really like it because I though some of them looked real. My favourite wax works were ET and Obama, but they were all very good, and we got some crazy photos! We tried looking for a bar, they don't really have any bars on hollywood blvd that we could just have a drink they all seemed to be restaurants. We headed to Hooters for a drink and some wings, as we were a little peckish! The beer was going do very easy and it wasn't long before and and Chris with some help from Bex polished off 2 massive pitchers!
The night was to early to end, and we headed back to the room to get some of our won booze that we would have in the room. Except opposite our hotel there was a bar called happy ending! We headed over their for some more drink which actually turned into a lot more drinks sprits, beers, cocktails, buckets! It wasn't long before we were all pretty smashed. They had some strange karaoke with a lot of songs that none of us have ever heard of. Some I had and actually knew all the words! Lol. The drinks carried on until late.
As we left the bar to go back to the hotel (across the road) we spotted the punch machine, I had a go and got a really crap score, it's well known I punch like a girl! Lol - Bex smashed my score by a couple of hundred. There was the a battle between Abi and Chris - Abi best Chris's first punch score, so when going for his second go, he punch the bag awkwardly and injured his hand - he did get a score of over 700 - and beat Abi but hurt him self in the process.
Bex was instructed not to get out of before before 10.! Lol
