What a s*** Hole!!!! Big Billboard posting the name and sketch of a dude wanted for murder. We decided that we are staying over in Redding. Then on to Santa Rosa in the morning. On a nicer note. The Interstate is a beautiful ride. The trees are gorgeous. Wildlife Count: 2 Deers. 2 Eagles.

Today at 6:10 pm we crossed the 45th parallel. We arrived at our hotel at 6:31. On the road almost 11 hours. Tomorrow the big push on to Santa Rosa California.

Hotter than the hubs of hell. Had to stop and experience A/C at Target. They had a Starbucks. We also wanted to wait out the rush hour. Asked a nice lady in the washroom how long rush hour is for? She said it depends if you are going north or south. Thank god we were going south. We rested / waited 45 min. Then headed out. South was fairly good. North had 3 Lanes of Traffic backed up for 20 miles. *****NOTE TO SELF*****. Never. Never go nort...

Left Salem at 8:30 this morning. After looking for Chris's bike keys for 30 min. So after thoroughly checking everything the bone-head checks his jeans pocket. And wala. There are the freak'n keys!!! After I checked the parking lot and checked with front desk. Argh!!! Another. Note to Self.....don't eat at Denny's!!! Unless you are looking for a cleaning. Wink, Wink.
