Hey everyone! Today we went to the most depressing Zoo in the world! There were pandas but they were not happy pandas. Also there were Kangaroos and Lemurs and dancing Bears but it was just sad how awfull it all was! We hired out 2 bikes today for 2 pound each and went on a bike ride around the city, it was realy nice we saw lots of stuff . We had a mega cheap lunch 70p for a huge bowl of steamed rice and vegetables, with fish chicken and other unknown meats! We went around the lakes and saw some mountains and pagodas. Yesterday we went up Elephant Trunk Hill, the view of the mountains surrounding the city were amazing up there. Its called Elephant Trunk Hill because it looks like anelephant drinking from the Li river. Today we are going to hire some push bikes and do a cycle tour of the city. passing some lakes and following the river a while. Tomorow we are going to Longsheng Terraced Fields. We got into our room soon after I wrote the blog this morning its lovely, Heated blanket and hot air conditioning for the chilly nights.
