Hello, Well we have arrived safely in the US of A and so far are absolutely loving it. The flight from Nadi, was an experience as America is on high alert at the moment so we were searched about 5 times, including a 100% search. We were then delayed by an hour due to the cabin lights playing up. We flew with air pacific and weren't very impressed really, not as good as our first flight with BA who we are also flying home with. Anyway, we didnt get much sleep on...

Bula everybody! We have just returned from a lovely few days on the Coral Coast. The journey down to the hostel was an amazing experience. We took the public bus so were travelling on a bus where we were the only foreign people. The actual fijians are extremely friendly to us whereas the indian fijians are not. Bula, We are now back from the islands. Unfortunately we have only had 1 and a 1/2 days of sunshine while we have been here and the rest has been cloudy and a lot of rain too! We have still had a good time and met some really lovely people. We are now accustomed to using hoses as showers, sharing room with 138 other people and a toilet which is the equivelent of a hole in the ground - but we are still smiling. We are at quite a nice hostel right on the beach so have been sunbathing and relaxing as well as a cultural trip on the bus into Nadi Town (It was quite something) Kates felt very out of place!
