Isabelle and Jack's cousin Megan picked Issy and I up in her Uber car at 12pm. Beats the subway. We had a Megan NYC day! First we visited a dry bar to have our hair washed and blow waved then we went to Bergdorf Goodman for lunch. Wow! No people around/no crowds to fight! It was heaven. It is better then Myer, David Jones, Macy's and Bloomingdales! We felt somewhat rich and exclusive- if only for a day. We looked at some shoes on sale but not suitable then went to the restaurant for our delicious lunch - beef salad, bread and Bellini cocktail for me. Issy had lobster mac and cheese!! We shared dessert with Megan. We purchased some Christmas decorations then headed to Tiffanys to look around- if only on the 3rd floor. Megan had a purchase then we went to Nike and Saks Fifth Avenue. The crowds were amazing and not pleasant shopping conditions however, I did pick up some goodies at our last stop - Sephora. The guy I had assisting me was not helpful at first but after starting to apply some products, continued to be of assistance possibly trying to make a masterpiece! He succeeded in my many purchases-hopefully I will look like the supermodel all the time! At one stage he referred to Megan as my daughter! I really had to purchase some products after that! He also took Megan's phone at one stage so she could follow him on Instagram! (Only in USA) we ended up back at the apartment sharing a glass of wine and some nibbles with the boys who had a good day at the pub watching Jared Hayne playing NFL for the 49ers.
