Hello Again my Friends,

I'm not going to write a long note today--I just wanted to send a link for some pictures that I've recently posted...from my remaining time in Vietnam, which, wasn't my favorite place, but was a good experience nonetheless...

I arrived in Koh Tao, Thailand (small island in the Gulf of Thailand) yesterday, early in the morning. I spent over twenty-four hours getting here by a multitude of transport means...leaving Hanoi by cramped mini-bus, flying from Hanoi to Bangkok on an airplane, getting from the Bangkok's airport to the train station by way of a bus, then the sky-train, then the metro, taking a train from Bangkok to Chumphon (Thai peninsula), hitching a late-night moto ride from Chumphon train station to on of the Chumphon piers, catching a late-night cargo-boat/"ferry" from Chumphon to Koh Tao...walking several kilometers over a few steep hills(didn't think it was that far before I decided to walk) in search of a guest-house (loaded down with a 40+ pound pack) in the early morning. But I made it.

I'm spending my final few weeks just chilling out and relaxing on the islands down here (Koh Tao, Koh Pangan and Koh Samui). I've booked five dives here, starting tomorrow...should be good fun. I'll drop another note sometime before I head home...wow, going home is a strange concept...good, but strange!
