Awoke at 8.30 am- slept like a dream! Checked out- met randomly Malaysian chap on exit- insisted on a photo withe so naturally I then suggested a selfie. Off to Central world, in desperate need of caffeine fix despite being caffiene free 6/52. Shopped then met bridge for fast and furious 7- what a delightfully terrible film, thoroughly enjoyed. Arrived at Bangkok bus station at 5am havin and 1 ha sleep all night. Taxi to welcome hostel, beds already ready, yay! Got washed, played on Internet. In hostel of sleeping not-so-beauties. Got tube to terminal 21 where a boat load of Mexican was consumed. Purchased magical magenta bra and some earrings. Returned to hostel then out for browse around a central world and to my delight a cold stones!

Travel day!doe 550 baht got longboat transfer to trang and private mini bus (so nice!). Still no onward travel as all trains sold out due to sangkran. Instead got bus ticket for 1000 baht. No real food all day. No sleep on 'sleeper'. Arrive in Bangkok dirty and hungry and tired. But it's still pretty awesome!

Hut too hot to sleep in (shock, Horrer!). Got up had toast breakfast and beached all day! Long swim out to reef at lunch- most axing fish yet- lots of angel fish, parrot fist etc. pizza at Kalume for tea was good- but best of all still Bagan of all places. Hit on by weird thai guy and fat italian owner- gross.

Hostel pick at 8.20, taken to old town port/ferry by giant tuk tuk. Sat up deck for fear of drowning (thanks Mr Khan). Arrived on amazing beach at high tide. 10 min walk with backpack to Kalume village resort- so hot. Living in a hur again- nicer this time with tiled outdoor bathroom. Laura in annoying mood. Straight to ocean for swimming- best ocean swim ever but currents strong. Piña colada and chips for lunch at reef resort. More swimming. Wifi worse than Mya...
