So after another day in Munich I can conclude that Munich is amazing.
We woke at 6.30 to go to the laundry may before breakfast (yes dad I did wake up that early just for laundry). So after an early start and some clean clothes we went into Munich.
First we went to the food market where people tried some lebrakas (spelling is horrible.... I don't speak German). After a little snack we went to the deutches museum, which is the Munich equivalent to science works but a lot bigger. We only went to a few exhibits, one being the pharmaceutical one in which there was a life size diagram of a cell (where was this at monash when I was trying to learn cells and yes I let my inner nerd out). Also for physio, they explained the vas scale and all those pain relieving drugs that we were suppose to know for our exam (the ones I guessed).
The museum was follows by shopping where, dispute having no room in my bag, I bought a pair of cute boots (picture to come). After some shopping we went to find lunch a.k.a. Walk around the food market for an hour and then get maccas.
After some food we jumped on the bikes and went for a bike ride to the historical sites. We learnt about 'stranger danger' where if some random tries to listen in on the group someone yells 'stranger danger' and everyone drops to the floor and they look stupid (we definitely don't look stupid). So on the bike tour I got to be the 'butt babe' and ride last so that everyone stayed together and no one gets lost!
So after the bike tour I stayed in the city and did some more shopping and exploring before meeting my friend jade and going on the Munich beer challenge. This challenge consisted of going to the different beer halls and drinking some beer (not some beer... A lot of beer). We even had a whole table at the hofbrauhaus play I never. We then went back to the youth hostel to keep drinking and then walked aimlessly around Munich. It was such a fun night and I made lots of random friends (I even made friends with the Russian taxi driver).
Sadly in the morning I had to say bye to Munich, but I know I will definitely visit again :) or even live there :p
Ciao from Munich, I'll see ya soon!
