As you can see in the photo, I'm test driving my new pair o Lems shoes. They roll up for carry on. Easier than hiking boots?
The morning sky was pretty smoky on the way down, not so bad in Missoula. Folks have asked why I'm passing up prime hiking season in GNP to travel, well I got annoyed hiking in smoke the last 6 years. I'll save the park for fall.
Last time I checked the weather in the Faroes the heat wave topped out at 58 farenheit during the day. Winds of 40mph in the north islands. Rain. What am I doing?
