I think this was tandoori fish as there was no sauce to speak of. It was great! Time to try this one at home!

Oooo....oooo...fish and chips! Well, fish at least. There were three chips down there somewhere. Must be really, really hard cooking fish and chips for 40,000 people!

There were dozens of groups with different versions of barbecued fish. Seasoned with a myriad of different styles, they were wrapped in foil and cooked just right so the moist flakes melted in you mouth. Just showing you one version...multiply by a bunch!

Like the fish soup from the night before, this was an Indonesian style curried soup. But this version had much more lemongrass and kaffir lime flavor...and not as creamy. Can't decide which I liked better. Sample again!
