We dragged ourselves away from the hot tub in Banff on saturday morning and drove south. We arrived in Waterton lakes park and do a walk in the red canyon . The roads were not too bad coming down from Dawson creek, not enough snow to stop the traffic anyway. Homer was a lovely town and situated on the end of the peninsula overlooking amazing mountain ranges and lots of stunning glaciers. There seemed to be one around every corner!! We left the boat on Wednesday in the sunshine and drove north up to Haines junction. We crossed the border into the Yukon and started up the Alaska highway.
