Hotel Thanh Binh 2 stayed 9th/10th £13.00 per night for two Unfortunately another wet morning, after a very wet night. Had a great supper last night at Morning Glory restaurant which is in expensive for the food you have Unfortunately it is another cold damp day, so not seeing Hoian at it's best.
