Well have finally arrived in Siem Reap after a tough day of travel, starting at 7.30 this morning.
Borders by foot are always a nightmare
Time consuming, hot and wish you didn't have as much luggage on your back,as it takes roughly 2 hours. Walking through no mans land, plenty of Casinos if you want to stop for a gamble. Haha

We got across the border were we where to catch a bus which would take 4 hours
But would have to wait an hour for it !
But for another 300bht each we could get a taxi for 4 and it would take 2 hours.
Yes I done the later, and therefore arrived at hotel before dark
So 12 hours later all is good staying at the Frangipani Villa Hotel, sounds posh but it will have to wait till the morning to look. I'm pooped.
