Meeting a family friend in Miami suburbs, and doing a 90 minutes hike in Big Cypress National Preserve wilderness.
Perhaps this was the most wonderful and eventful day as we drove the entire length of SR A1A which is dotted with skyscrapper residential buildings trying to outdo each other in the greater Miami area.
We reached again the south Miami suburb but this time driving via shore.
Gave us the peripherial taste of Miami's riches, as strip malls were flooded with upscale eateries, and apparel brands of shoes, clothes, and accessories.
Then drove by the famous Ocean Drive of Maimi until it ended for the vehicular traffic. The last beaches were private and can be accessed only if you live there. (crazy!)
Head east again from this tip to West Kendall area to a family friend.
After having some food, headed to a trailhead where two guides were waiting for us.
We bought this hiking trip from Groupon 2-for-1 so NOT very expensive for 90 minutes of personal tour (as there were no other joinees!).
