Locanda di Gusti

Pasta course. Carbonara. Could have been lighter and hotter. I think they had cream in it too which wasn't great. Or maybe too much cheese. Either way it was simply too heavy. Hard to do carbonara as part of a selection as this dish really has to go from pan to face. Not sit on a table waiting to be passed around 6 people.
