Heavenly dips.

Hummus with Beetroot and horseradish. Can't describe how much I like this. Okay I'll try. The colour first of all. As you know from other posts I like Beetroot. The colour on the plate makes me happy. Funny really as I've never been a fan of purple for clothes. Anyway this was a really light airy hummus and the horseradish gives the sweetness of the Beetroot a fantastic zing.

The other hummus is roasted red pepper and sundried tomato. Another winning combination. Why just eat hummus again. Celery is the perfect dipping implement so you can enjoy the crunch and you don't get thirsty.
